Cinnamon toast cereal squares

Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Raw Honey
2 Tbsp. Soft coconut oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt

Topping: sprinkle
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. coconut palm sugar

1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Place dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper.
3. Roll out very thin, remove top paper
4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
5. Remove and cut into squares with pizza cutter
6. Return to oven for another 3-4 minutes, Watch so they don’t burn
7. Remove and cool on rack
8. Enjoy with coconut/almond milk

Acorn baked stuffed squash

It’s Fall and acorn squash are the perfect addition for a hearty family dinner.

Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds, put in some pepper, a little grass fed butter/ghee and sprinkle with pink salt. Bake in oven until tender.

Meanwhile, brown 1 pound turkey and 1 pound grass fed beef in ghee/coconut oil. Add diced peppers, onions, a few cloves of minced garlic, 3 tsp paprika, roasted broccoli, pink salt and pepper, fresh parsley (feel free to add any veggies, seasonings, and paleo tomato sauces/chicken broth as desired). Fill acorn squash, bake for a few minutes. Enjoy!!

Making Applesauce

Get yourself a great kitchen tool an apple peeler, corer, slicer makes quick work of your apples.

Once all apples ( we used granny an macs) are peeled, put them in a sauce pan with just a little water bring to a boil. Turn down heat and let them get as soft as you wish.

Finally add cinnamon to taste and some coconut palm sugar, if desired. Either leave it chunky or put it in your food processor until puréed. Serve warm or Chill and enjoy!

Strawberry Almond Joy

1 c  frozen strawberries , 4 fresh strawberries, 1 tsp almond butter, 1 tsp raw honey, 1 c coconut milk-BLEND IT, garnish with fresh sliced berry and sprinkle with unsweetened coconut flakes, DRINK IT!

Mango Milkshake

1 c coconut milk, 1 c Kale (de-stem), 1 mango peeled and diced, 1/2 lime squeezed

Shamrock Smoothie

1 c ice, 1 TBSP Grade B maple syrup, 1 c coconut cream, 2 TBSP Coaco powder, 7-9 mint leaves BLEND IT, drizzle it with melted dark chocolate
