A smoothie is simply a blended drink with endless possibilities that can be made with ice, nut milks, fruits (fresh/frozen), berries, nut butters, honey, seeds and veggies; just to name a few;)
Here are few paleo friendly recipes to get you started.
Strawberry Almond Joy
1 c frozen strawberries , 4 fresh strawberries, 1 tsp almond butter, 1 tsp raw honey, 1 c coconut milk-BLEND IT, garnish with fresh sliced berry and sprinkle with unsweetened coconut flakes, DRINK IT!
1 c coconut milk, 1 c Kale (de-stem), 1 mango peeled and diced, 1/2 lime squeezed
1 c ice, 1 TBSP Grade B maple syrup, 1 c coconut cream, 2 TBSP Coaco powder, 7-9 mint leaves BLEND IT, drizzle it with melted dark chocolate
