Excellent! And thanks for putting that comment out there!! – i agree, it really works. It would be the best thing this world has seen for some time with diet. Just that some are a little obsessive with it and apparently go “on” and “off” it – i don’t think your on or off, you just do it when you can! 80/20 rule i reckon and the results come fast for many.
